Check out this exclusive Charlie Rose hour-long interview with Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, and Melinda Gates. Rockin' interview with uber-mega-rich people with soul. This is philanthopy + wisdom + BIG Compassionate Balls in action! Deep bows and gratitude. Very inspiring. Props to a Zaadzster named Mu for the video link.

Synchronicities continue… :) Since I missed the actual Charlie Rose show on Monday, I went to his web site and was pleasantly surprised to find a link to this same free google video. I tried adding it to my blog posting last night only to experience the ‘EEK’ error message for I guess Safari and blog editing do not work very well together, if at all. Anyway the video is great - worth listening to if not watching and to top it off I found these 3 good quotes that are worth sharing as well… So the super wealthy can be intelligently funny too! :)
“Just in terms of allocation of time resources, religion is not very efficient. There’s a lot more I could be doing on a Sunday morning.” Bill Gates
“It’s only when the tide goes out that you learn who’s been swimming naked.” Warren Buffett
“Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway.” Warren Buffett
LOL. excellent quotes indeed. those people are freakingly so intelligent, passionate, and compassionate they make me want to cry.
Blows you away, doesn't it? Great interview, thanks for posting!
yep, it's really an uber-awesome interview. not to take away the spotlight from Warren and Bill, but i find Melinda very appealing. it's my first time to see her talk on video, and man, she really held her ground. she's uber-mega-intelligent as she is (com)passionate! you can see from Bill Gates's glances that he is very proud of her. can't blame him coz Melinda is sooo HAWT (in all dimensions based on that video impressions).

If only everybody were so happy.
as they say, “you can't win them all.” so in this case i'll just side with the good of the many rather than some few moralistic reductionists. meaning, Buffett and the Gates Foundation rule!
