It’s unfortunate the Nazis started using that symbol after Buddha did, don’t you think Coolapu?
yep. i know. i had the same reaction when i first saw this Buddha figurine. i said, WTF?! blasphemy! then i went ahead and did a research on the swastika symbol. and now i know better. Hail Hitler!
..It is also a prominent Native American symbol. The fact that this symbol is represented in so many ancient (and seemingly unrelated) religious cultures is interesting, no?
Quite, Beth
Hi Coolmel,
as I am joked already maybe in your last life you had something to do with German General Rommel, called the “Desert Fox”:)
A very bright and brilliant German writer .Jochen Kirchhoff, wrote a book 1989 with the title “Nietzsche ; Hitler and the Germans”. Its unfortunately not available inEnglish. There he explains in depth and length the cultural and historic background of the Svastika. Especialy in Tibet and the sympathy of certain Nazi Grandes to get knowledge about these traditions.
Cheers,
Albert
thanks for the info Albert. when i comes to Hitler sometimes i’m not sure what else to believe. there are a lot of perspectives on his personality as a leader, dictator, occult practitioner, etc…
and thanks for pointing out the Desert Fox thing. i’m smiling with this weird coincidence :)
:):) yes, thats weird:) and the whole complex of the Nazi Chapter is deeply impacting many conditionings of the German soul still..As I am now living 26 years in Berlin where so much happened…I can feel some of this stuff bodily….
I summarized some of may reflections regarding the German situation of the last decades in a letter to the Editor of WIE:

Its about the Great Geman Fear….
