Looks like I'm in a sci-fi mood today. I just finished reading the Guru and the Pandit transcript of Ken and Andrew's Integral Naked dialogue: Immortality and Enlightenment. (via numinous dawg)

Yeah, I agree with that. I also agree with your overall general point that they were a tad narrow in their discussion. But you know how long Ken can spend on one point! Can’t include everything in a less-than-one-hour conversation!

They pointed that out, Coolness. It’s just that they also pointed out that consciousness evolution (on a large scale) tends to lag behind technological advancement. :)
hehe. got your points. i was just out on a fishing expedition. i’m starting to get bored of fluffy dialogues on the interiors. they had Kurzweil in that issue of WIE, so i was just a tad disappointed that they didn’t take the opportunity to have a more “integral” presentation of life extension technology. my two cents.
