Since Zaadz is all about transparency, I'll do my share of being translucent...
Before I got bitten by the blogging-bug, I attended a creative writing class called The Existential Memoir -- a type of focused autobiography that promotes self-awareness by confronting the four existential facts of life: death, isolation, freedom, meaning.
Below are the essays I wrote during that course:
I still read those essays from time to time to remind myself that there's more to life than this. That's the reason why I continue to blog those memoirs.... Thanks Tom!
Try out writing those essays. And see what gives....

“I will keep this ode in my soul, until one day, I come to the realization that falling down the stairway is not so bad after all.”
Nice. These are great essays. I love to use those four paradoxes as a conscious frame for falling down the stairs. Funny how we never get good at that…. Existence as fool-proof?
someone actually read it :) thanks. still falling… who’s falling?! :)
Thanks for sharing this C. I really admire what seems to me to be self-discipline, manifesting yourself in this communication space each and every day, with kindness and intelligence.
Do you perceive yourself as having self-discipline? It sure as hell is a theme in my life, I can tell you that ;-)
I posted my comments after each essay. I care ; ))

OMG this is just what I was looking for -Whoopie!!!!!!!!!
Thanks a bundle, & I brought home, by your recommendation Coolmel, The Weblog Handbook today…I am in Heaven here & now.
hahaha. thanks Arpana Qalbia. and if you do get to write your ExMs, please put the hyperlinks on our ExM thread so we can all have a taste of your slice of Heaven :)
Okay, Coolmel, I'll give it a try as you suggest. I just read the howitworks.html page on existentialmemoir.com. But with kids around the house, I have to wait until just the right moment, when everyone else is occupied. Thanks so much for sharing freely; the writing excercises, your thoughts, your humanity.
